Seacoast Grounds

The grounds at Seacoast are impressive and always in pristine condition.

We have an excellent board of directors and owners and staff who are vigilant and always hard at work to maintain the building and the grounds looking as beautiful as possible.

Seacoast

I love Seacoast.  We've had an apartment or two here for about fourteen years.  I never get tired of the building, in fact, I love it more each time I come.  Yes, there are newer buildings, but this building has character and it is beautiful.  Not to mention, it has one of the largest and widest beaches in all of South Florida.

Seacoast Condominium was designed and built in 1966 by world-renowned architect Morris Lapidus.  It is a resort-like building with many amenities.  Seacoast was very popular with international celebrities for many years.  In 1995, European developers renovated the building and common areas.  New furnishings are purchased periodically and the building and grounds are always kept up to the highest standards.

Another Beautiful Day on the Beach at Seacoast

These photos were taken at my favorite time of the day on the beach.  My family loves this time of the day on the beach.  Even though we love being there at any time and many days we go out in the morning and stay all day.  Our absolute favorite is late afternoon after 4:00pm.  We can stay out until 7:30pm or 8:00 pm and have a wonderful time.

The beach is not as busy and not as full at this time.  The sun is not as strong, therefore the temperature is more tolerable and pleasant.

We have more freedom to explore, play, run and do as we please at this time.

Try it out, I'm sure you will love it too!

Enjoy your evenings at the beach...

Beautiful Day on the Beach at Seacoast

Even an overcast day in Miami Beach is a beautiful day.
There are plenty of relaxing and enjoyable things to see and do.

I just bought these chaise covers and they are fantastic. They fit securely over the back and front of the chair, so they don't move at all.  I love to just hang out on the chaise and watch my children play while I read or catch up on blogging.

The newest and largest Lufthansa jet flying right over the beach on its way to Europe.

Lookin' for something yummy...

Cruise ship on the way to a new adventure.

Just chillin'

Seacoast Beach

I would venture to say that Miami Beach is one of the nicest, if not the nicest beach in South Florida.  The area where our condo is located, mid-beach, is beautiful.

Seacoast has a wide expansive beach/sand area.  In many beaches erosion has set in
and sand has to be brought in because the beach is disappearing.  Thankfully, this is not the case on this property.

The building is set back and has ample space on the beach
for plenty of enjoyment.

The water is usually clear and clean.  We occasionally find some seaweed,
but its not bothersome.  It's just a little bit.

Hopefully, you'll be able to enjoy this beautiful beach also.
