This is my husband's favorite breakfast place. He loves to eat at Original Pancake House. My favorite item on the menu is Eggs Benedict. I usually order that or a veggie omelette. My husband is a little more complicated. Breakfast is his favorite meal of the day. He usually orders the Eggs Benedict. He used to get them with a side of potato pancakes, but now that is not an optional side dish. He has to order the potato pancakes as a second meal. Then of course he must finish the meal with the blueberry pancakes.
From reading this you would think he weighs at least 300 lbs. He doesn't even reach 200lbs and he's 5'11". He's so lucky!!!
